Dr. Wenger

Grew up near Quarryville in southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. His undergraduate studies were at Bucknell University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He attended Temple University School of Dentistry, graduating in the top 10% (is one of the few in the top 10% to remain in general dentistry instead of pursuing a specialty). In 1978, he started practicing as an associate at the present location, becoming the owner in two years. For 30 years he continues to practice general family dentistry with a special interest in cosmetics and full mouth reconstruction.

Professionally, Dr. Wenger has continued achieving honors and awards. As a member of the Academy of General Dentistry he earned his Fellowship in 1991 and Mastership in 2000. Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) is an honor earned by about 1000 dentists across the country, requiring more than 1100 hours of continuing education in 16 disciplines of dentistry. His continuing education has included a particular emphasis toward cosmetic and bite problems.

On the personal side, Dr. Wenger has been married to wife Kathy since 1977.  They are active in their church, the Florin Church of the Brethren. His hobbies include fly fishing, fly tying, gardening and other outdoor activities.
